1. How do I add a form?
Workspaces => Add Workspace =>Add Change => type - create new => select change type as form
2. Can I delete a form that is added to a work space?
Any change added in the workspace can be deleted. For deleting a form select the check box against the form and use the delete option against it or the other actions drop down.
3. What happens if add a form whose name matches with the ones that already exist?
You cannot create a duplicate form. When you try, system will load the form that was created earlier with same name along with the attributes by throwing a warning message.
4. What can be modified in form during an update?
Name, display name, description , cardinality parent and parent type, all the input and output attributes of the form.
5. Can I add same form under two different parents?
No, a form can be added only under one Risk.
6. What all can I add under form?
Information such as display name, description , offer type, attributes such as display name, attribute type, data type (if not used anywhere) default value can be added under a form.
7. Can I change display name of form?
Yes, display name of the form can be changed.
8. What is cardinality?
Cardinality defines the measure of duplicity of the component in iFoundry.
9. Can I change cardinality of form?
No, Cardinality of a form cannot be changed once created.
10. Can I import more than one form?
You can import as many forms as you want using Excel template available in iFoundry. Provided, you have sufficient information to import

12. What happens if the Excel imported has the information about existing form?
Any new attributes added to the forms or the information that can be updated for attribute will be overridden during import. Rest remains same.
13. Can import form with its child's?
A form cannot be attached to two different Risks/Risk extensions. However multiple forms can be added to different Risks/Risk extensions.
14. Can I crate forms with duplicate names?
No . There cannot be duplicate forms
15. Can I add a form with same name and ID twice ?
Yes, duplicate forms can be created with Form IDs.
16. Can I give same ID for two different forms?
No, once created, parent of the form cannot be changed. However, you can delete the coverage if its not used anywhere and created with in the workspace
17. What happens form is marked as optional, conditionally optional, conditionally mandatory, as mandatory?
The forms are picked up according to the given offer type at the run time.
a) Optional forms are available for user selection
b) Mandatory forms are available are default selected and user will not have option to unselect
c) Conditionally Optional forms comes selected based on condition but user can unselect if he does not need
d) Conditionally Mandatory forms are mandated based on condition user will not have option to unselect for other conditional these forms wont show up
e) Not Offered forms will not show up on runtime manifestation.
18. What is the significance of form type?
Form types signifies of the nature of the form.
19. Can I add attributes form with same display names?
Attributes with same display name can be added. However, names of those must be different.
20. Can I add attributes form with duplicate names?
No . There cannot be duplicate names while adding attributes under any form.
21. Can I change the parent of the form?
No, once a parent is specified, it cannot be changed, if user wishes to change the parent his only option is to add multiple parents.
